At this point in the season, there is no such thing as a moral victory. We let an opportunity slip by tonight. We had several chances to finally get over the hump and yet we still found ways to not take advantage of them.
Looking for excuses is never an option when it comes to moving forward. Bottom line, we just didn't step up when we had the chance tonight. All we can do is keep on keeping on. Working harder in practice.
We will have an opportunity to bounce back on Thursday at Chauncey Rose.
Don't take them for granted. We are the one team on their schedule that they think they can get a win against. If we don't prepare and compete the way we need to, they will get their wish.
